  • Lebanon: Full national coverage, including major cities and rural areas.
  • Syria: Damascus coverage only.
  • Export (GCC & International): Shipping to GCC countries and selected international destinations.

  • Lebanon: Next-day local dispatch for in-stock items.
  • Syria: Next-day local dispatch for in-stock items.
  • GCC/International: Export pickup within 48 hours for eligible products.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on product type (e.g., machinery vs. ingredients) and destination.

💸 4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Lebanon:
    • Flat rate: $4 per package.
    • Free delivery on orders over $100 (website only).
    • Oversized machinery shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Syria / GCC / International: Fees based on destination, order size, and product type.
  • All shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

📦 5. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2PM are processed the same day.
  • Orders after 2PM are processed the next business day.
